PUERTO RICO

Created a complete new focus for Ford Motor Credit within 32 branches in Puerto Rico. Achieved 30% increase in volume with an internal promotional program plus a Sports Marketing Campaign utilizing radio, print, billboards, public relations and corporate participation. This successful program helped get approval from Puerto Rico’s Olympic Committee to become part of the 1996 Olympics with our campaign “Going for the Gold.”

TEXAS

Introduced the New Cowboys Stadium featuring Club America, Mexico soccer team vs. Chelsea from England on July 26, 2009 to the Hispanic market in Dallas/Fort Worth with a very successful promotional campaign in 85 Mexican Restaurants and Supermarkets and 15 Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and Clubs resulting in 57,229 spectators of which at least 50% were Hispanic.

Assisted in creating a new image and increased profits for the 64 Texas branches of the Allied Finance Division of Ford Motor Credit. Our campaign “Kick Your Debts Out of Sight” was tied to the Dallas Cowboys (Who ended the campaign the best possible way — by winning the Super Bowl).

Introduced the “Zales Diamond Card” via Radio and Direct Mail on behalf of more than 300 Zales stores in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and Puerto Rico. Developed a niche market for the card among bilingual and “Spanish Only” markets.

Created a Seminar Program “HISPANIC MARKETING MEGATRENDS” for F500 companies who need to learn the roots of the Hispanic cultures to market effectively in the U.S. It opened the door for Workshops and seminars for the Dallas Rotary Club in 2009.

MEXICO

Created a strategic alliance between Neiman Marcus and Westin Las Brisas Hotel in Acapulco. A promotion was launched to 70,000 members of the Neiman Marcus InCircle Platinum Card, resulting in strong reservations and sales for both companies.

With Ford Motor Credit, we began servicing a single branch in Cuernavaca. We utilized billboards, direct mail, store promotions, “Customer Appreciation Days” and community events — and based on the success of this work, our client expanded their services to more than 50 branches in just 2 years.
